Description
Flexible off peak Standard Class return ticket.

Train operator
Valid for travel only on Wrexham & Shropshire services.

Booking deadlines
This is a walk up ticket and may be purchased on the day of travel, or on the train, without penalty.

Discounts
Standard railcard discounts apply. Child discounts are 50%.

Refunds
Any unused tickets must be presented within 28 days of expiry and will be entitled to a refund that takes into account any use made of the ticket. An administration charge of £10 will be payable.

In all cases refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card with which you purchased the ticket. If you purchased with cash (for example on the train), then you should submit your receipt along with your ticket for refund.

Changes to travel plans
If you change your travel plans for your outward journey, you may travel on any other applicable Wrexham & Shropshire services on the same day (see availability). If you need to travel on a different day then you must buy another ticket.

The return portion of your ticket is valid on any applicable Wrexham & Shropshire service within one calendar month of the start date on your ticket (see conditions). If you change your travel plans and your new plans involve travel within this period, then you may use your ticket without penalty. Otherwise you must buy a new ticket.

Conditions
You may reserve a seat, free of charge, either at the time you book your ticket or at any other time before you travel, provided you make your reservation by 18.00 on the day before travel.

Break of journey
You may break your journey, on both outward and return legs.

Availability
Available on weekday Wrexham & Shropshire services arriving in London Marylebone after 1100, and departing London Marylebone between 0915-1600 and after 1800. Valid on all Wrexham & Shropshire services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Validity
The outward journey may be made on any applicable Wrexham & Shropshire service (see availability) on the date specified. The return journey may be made on any applicable Wrexham & Shropshire service (see availability) within one calendar month.
