The market town of Banbury will be served by Wrexham & Shropshire trains to give passengers travelling from Oxford, Reading, Winchester and the south coast an easy interchange.
Our trains stop to set down only (southbound) and pick up only (northbound); passengers wishing to travel from Banbury to London should use the frequent Chiltern Railways service.

Banbury station is centrally located, just 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There's easy road access from Junction 11 of the M40 motorway and from all roads that converge on the town centre – just follow the station signs.

Trains:
CrossCountry operate frequent services to Oxford, Reading, Winchester, Southampton Airport Parkway, Southampton Central, Brockenhurst (for the New Forest) and Bournemouth. Easy connections are also available for Maidenhead, Slough and the Thames Valley, and Portsmouth.
Bus:
Frequent bus services operate from the station to all parts of Banbury
